A ninth survivor was rescued at 4:16 a.m. on Tuesday from the collapsed residential building in Hunan Province. The survivor, a female, has been sent to the hospital for treatment. Rescue operations have been underway after the eight-storey building in Changsha's Wangcheng District toppled on April 29. At least 39 people went missing, and 23 people were trapped under the rubble.
