British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed Ukraine's parliament, the Verkhovna Rada, on Tuesday, Ukrainian lawmaker Oleksiy Goncharenko said in his Telegram channel.
Johnson was the first world leader to do so since February 24, which is when Russia started its special military operation against Ukraine. He also promised an additional 300 million pounds ($376 million) of military aid, including missiles and counter-battery radars, to Ukraine during his address.
