Shanghai reports 274 new confirmed COVID-19 cases

China's Shanghai on Monday reported 274 new confirmed locally transmitted COVID-19 infections; and 5,395 local asymptomatic COVID-19 cases, the municipal health commission said Tuesday.
The city also logged 20 deaths on Monday due to basic diseases.
