Shanghai's discharged cases will return home for 7 days of health monitoring

Nearly 4,000 people in Shanghai were discharged from hospitals on Monday. More than 27,000 asymptomatic cases were released from centralized quarantine for medical observation. An increasing number of positive cases have recovered and been discharged. They will return home for seven days of health monitoring.
