Two more detained over building collapse in Changsha

Two more people were detained on Tuesday in connection with the residential building collapse in Changsha in central China's Hunan Province, according to local police. Nine people involved in the building's construction had already been taken into custody on Sunday.
Nine survivors have been rescued thus far.
