Fire breaks out in industrial zone in Russian city

A blaze broke out at the industrial zone in Dzerzhinsk city in Russia’s Nizhny Novgorod after a tank with solvent caught fire, RIA reported Wednesday.
It’s not yet clear what caused the fire and no casualties were reported.
Video clips from RIA showed huge black smoke rising into the sky.
