Three huge explosions were heard on May 3 in Lviv, a city in western Ukraine. Video filmed by a CMG reporter shows thick clouds of smoke rising from two of the three blast sites. The explosions caused citywide power outages and the casualties are not yet known.

Mayor Andriy Sadovyi said damage to three power substations caused a blackout at two pump stations, and the municipal authorities were using backup power sources to supply water.
