Worst drought in decades wrecks lives of Ethiopia's nomads

April is meant to be one of the wettest months of the year in Hargududo, but there has hardly been a drop of rain in the region in 18 months. The lack of rain has killed nearly 1.5 million cattle, around two-thirds of them in Ethiopia's Somali region, disintegrating the local nomadic way of life and pushing 20 million people toward starvation.
