A spokesperson for the Chinese Embassy in the U.S. has reiterated China's impartiality toward the Ukraine conflict. It comes after the U.S. State Department said in a statement that Chinese officials and media "routinely amplify Kremlin propaganda, conspiracy theories, and disinformation" on the Ukraine issue.
