Hong Kong eases COVID-19 social-distancing restrictions

China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on Thursday started to ease some social-distancing measures Thursday, allowing eight diners per table at restaurants, up from the previous four.
Residents are also allowed to take off their masks when at country parks and outdoor sports venues.
