In the United States, strong-to-severe thunderstorms developed overnight on May 3 in parts of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri and Illinois. Damaging winds and flash flooding are the primary threats, but a few tornadoes and some hail are also possible. Multiple tornadoes formed near Seminole, Oklahoma.
