UK PM: Local elections were 'tough night' for Tories

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson said the Conservatives endured a "tough night" in the local council elections in England, Sky News reported.
The Conservatives have lost three flagship London councils to the Labor Party: Barnet, Wandsworth and Westminster, according to preliminary results announced on Friday.
