The death toll from an explosion at Hotel Saratoga, a historic five-star hotel in downtown Havana, Cuba, rose to 27 on Saturday as rescuers continued searching for possible survivors at the partially collapsed site, Cuban state media reported.

The ministry of health confirmed that 80 people were injured in Friday's explosion, including about 15 children. A total of 46 people remained hospitalized Saturday.
