More than 100 million salt fields have entered their harvest season in Shandong Province, with different concentrations of salt pools showing different colors.

The local sea salt can be harvested twice a year and is named spring salt and autumn salt. Looking like a magic cube on earth, it forms a unique landscape of Bohai Bay.

The city has continuously strengthened its salt industry in recent years, operating the units and pipelines together this time largely reduced the harvest time.
