Five people were killed in fires that have set more than 200 buildings ablaze across 16 settlements in Russia's Krasnoyarsk, the country's Ministry of Emergency Situations said on Saturday.
A state of emergency has been declared and the situation is being exacerbated by strong winds, TASS reported.
