Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Friday that the U.S. Indo-Pacific Strategy does not serve the interests of countries in the region. Wang made the remarks during a virtual meeting with Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, Indonesia's coordinator for cooperation with China and coordinating minister. During the meeting, both sides agreed to work together on the COVID-19 pandemic and advance the building of the Belt and Road Initiative.
