Carrie Lam, the incumbent Chief Executive of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), on Sunday congratulated John Lee for winning the sixth-term chief executive election in HKSAR.
"I extend my sincere congratulations to Mr. John Lee on his successful election, and later today, I will submit a report of the election result to the Central People's Government," she said.
