Euro founding father talks to CGTN on global inflation, monetary policy, economic prospects

Amid rising global inflation, central banks worldwide have been hiking interest rates, but not the European Central Bank. The bank's first chief economist, Otmar Issing -- also known as the founding father of the euro -- said the ECB is "living in a fantasy". 

CGTN's Gao Ang talked to him and got his insights on the inflation crisis and the fate of the global economy.
