PLA holds exercises in waters east, southwest of Taiwan

The Eastern Theater Command of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) held military exercises in waters east and southwest of the Taiwan Island from May 6 to 8, said the official WeChat account of the command on Monday.
The training, involving sea, air and conventional missile forces, aimed to further test and enhance joint warfare capabilities.
