Russian President Vladimir Putin is delivering a speech at the annual Victory Day military parade.
"NATO countries had preparations underway for an attack on Crimea," Russian Putin said, referring to the current conflict in Ukraine. "The alliance began military development of the territories adjacent to Russia."
