U.S. President Joe Biden signed the Ukraine lend-lease act into law on Monday, simplifying the legislative process for providing weapons to Kyiv. The U.S. seems to have decided to continuously add fuel to the fire. In doing so, the U.S. – the world's arsenal – will continue to profiteer and remains well-positioned to reap even more post-conflict.
