The Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday announced new sanctions to freeze the assets of eight people from Russia, including Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, and another 133 people from the "Luhansk People's Republic" and the "Donetsk People's Republic."
The sanctions also included the ban on exports of cutting-edge products to 71 Russian entities, such as scientific research institutions.
