An 18-year-old Palestinian was shot dead by Israeli forces on Wednesday during clashes near Ramallah in the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian health ministry said.
AFP quotes an unnamed Israeli army spokesperson as saying that troops "fired rubber bullets" during unrest in the area.
