Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Kazakh counterpart Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a joint declaration Tuesday in Ankara to raise the two countries' ties to the level of an "enhanced strategic partnership," according to Anadolu Agency.
