Ukraine has proposed swapping injured Azovstal defenders with Russian prisoners. Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk made the comment in an online post. Negotiations on the swap are currently ongoing. Meanwhile, evacuations continue in Mariupol. Some Ukrainians are driving their own vehicles near the front line to evacuate trapped civilians inside the Azovstal steel plant.
