The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has raised 1 billion euros (around $1.04 billion) in aid for Ukraine, on top of a 2 billion-euro "resilience package," AFP reported on Thursday, citing EBRD President Odile Renaud-Basso.
