European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and European Council President Charles Michel met on Thursday with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida in Tokyo.
Von der Leyen said on social media that the EU and Japan are launching a digital partnership, and will ramp up cooperation on infrastructure.
