A plane skidded off a runway and caught fire while taking off at the Jiangbei International Airport in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality on Thursday. All 113 passengers and nine crew members aboard have been safely evacuated, with some sustaining minor injuries, Tibet Airlines said on Thursday.
