Ukraine has proposed swapping injured Azovstal defenders in Mariupol with Russian prisoners. Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk made the comment in an online post. Negotiations on the swap are currently ongoing. CGTN's correspondent Victor Melnikov has the latest in Kyiv.
