45 dead in Cuban hotel explosion, national mourning decreed

The Cuban authorities have declared a period of national mourning on Thursday after the recovery of the body of the last victim reported missing in the explosion at Havana’s Saratoga Hotel, which brought the death toll to 45, AFP has reported.
