The Republic of Korea says it plans to provide COVID-19 vaccines and medical aid to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. It comes as Pyongyang announced its first COVID-19 death and an outbreak in the capital. State media reports hundreds of thousands of people have shown signs of a fever, though the cause is unclear.
