A Palestinian was wounded by Israeli fire during an operation in the northern West Bank city of Jenin on Friday, an AFP photographer and Palestinian news agency said.

Israeli forces were firing grenades at the home of a suspect in the Jenin refugee camp, the AFP photographer said, with Wafa news agency reporting that one Palestinian was wounded by gunfire and taken to a hospital.
