Russia claims to have destroyed Ukrainian oil refinery, fuel tanks

Russian Defense Ministry said on Friday that it destroyed the production facilities of an oil refinery and fuel tanks for Ukrainian troops on the northern outskirts of Kremenchuk in the Poltava region.
It also claimed that its air defense system shot down a Su-27 aircraft and 15 drones.
