Ukraine says negotiations underway on Azovstal evacuation

Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk said on Thursday that negotiations are underway with Russia to exchange severely wounded servicemen at the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol.
