A number of 55 new local COVID-19 infections were found in Beijing between 15:00 Saturday and 15:00 Sunday, including 20 that remain asymptomatic. 

Among the 55 infections, 45 were found among people who were already under quarantine.  

The Chinese capital has so far registered a total of 1,074 infections since April 22, spread across 15 districts.
