Myanmar expert on international relations Yin Myo Thu said in an interview with China Media Group that Russia and Ukraine could have negotiated in order to de-escalate and calm the conflict, but the U.S.-led NATO kept intensifying the conflict and worsening the situation by sending weapons to Ukraine, sanctioning Russia and many other ways.
