Will Finland and Sweden's NATO entry make Europe more secure?

As Finland and Sweden are bidding their NATO membership, Zhou Bo, a retired Senior Colonel from the People's Liberation Army, told CGTN anchor Wang Guan that the more countries want to join NATO, the more insecure Europe will be. And it might lead to a new Cold War which will be "worse than the old one".
