Buffalo shooting: 18-year-old white supremacist released plans to target Black community

A mass shooting in the U.S. has left 10 people dead and three others injured. The incident occurred on May 14 in Buffalo, New York. A suspect has been identified as Payton Gendron, an 18-year-old white male. Police said 11 of the 13 people shot were Black. Gendron livestreamed the rampage with a helmet camera. He also left a 180-page alleged "manifesto" online, in which he described himself as a fascist and white supremacist and outlined details for a planned shooting. The attack is being investigated as an act of racially motivated violent extremism. A witness to the shooting shared his experience.
