The West is conducting a full-scale hybrid aggression against Belarus and Russia, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said during the summit of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) that began in Moscow on Monday.
Lukashenko said that Washington wants to prolong the conflict in Ukraine as much as possible.
