Japan to provide $100 million loan to Ukraine

Ukraine and Japan have signed an agreement under which Kyiv will receive a concessional loan of about $100 million, Ukraine's finance ministry said in a statement on Monday.
Ukrainian Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko said the loan will be used to help vulnerable people in Ukraine.
