Ukraine conflict triggers British fish & chips supply crisis

A long-standing staple of traditional UK cuisine is at risk because of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, with more than 10,000 fish & chip shops facing their biggest supply crisis. The National Federation of Fish Friers expects that about 3,500 of the 10,500 shops may be forced out of business this year.
