Shanghai reports 82 new confirmed COVID-19 cases

China's Shanghai on Wednesday reported 82 new confirmed locally transmitted COVID-19 cases and 637 local asymptomatic COVID-19 cases, the municipal health commission said Thursday.
The city also logged one death on Wednesday due to basic diseases.
