Pakistani Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will pay an official visit to China from Saturday to Sunday, the Chinese Foreign Ministry announced on Friday.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin told a regular press briefing in Beijing that the diplomat will come to China at the invitation of Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi.

This would be Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s first bilateral visit abroad since assuming office last month, said a statement released by the Pakistani Foreign Ministry. 

The minister's visit will also coincide with the 71st anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China, the statement said.
