The Russian Foreign Ministry on Saturday permanently banned 963 U.S. citizens from entering Russia.

The list includes U.S. President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden. 

The Foreign Ministry said that "Russia is not looking for confrontation and is open to honest dialogue, separating the American people from the U.S. authorities, which are inciting Russophobia," TASS reported.
