Anthony Albanese claimed victory for his Labor Party after incumbent Prime Minister Scott Morrison conceded defeat in Australia's federal election on Saturday. The incoming prime minister said he would fly to Tokyo for the upcoming Quad summit and one-on-one meetings with the U.S., Japanese and Indian leaders in the Japanese capital on Tuesday, 24 hours after his scheduled swearing-in.
