At least one person was injured when an explosion occurred in the vicinity of Police District 15 in Kabul, Afghanistan, on Sunday, according to Khaled Zadran, spokesperson of the Kabul Security Department.

Zadran said Islamic Emirate forces are at the area and have begun investigations.

A gathering, mourning the sixth death anniversary of Taliban former supreme leader Mullah Akhtar Mohamad Mansoor, was being held in the same area, TOLO News reported.
