00:40

Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan has held calls with the leaders of Sweden and Finland. The exchanges come as Turkey opposed the two countries' NATO bids. Erdogan told Sweden's Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson about his concerns over Sweden's relationship with what he calls, "Kurdish terrorist organizations." In a separate call, Erdogan told Finnish President Sauli Niinisto that ignoring threats from these terror groups does not suit the spirit of NATO.
