Adequate skilled workers and the plan for a unified market are advantages for China's plan to further develop its infrastructure, said Liu Zhiqin, a senior research fellow at the Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies of the Renmin University of China. Liu said these advantages have helped China realize the rapid development of infrastructure in the short term.
