Hongkong Post will issue six sets of special stamps between July and December, including two sets of special stamps commemorating the "25th Anniversary of the Establishment of the HKSAR" and the "25th Anniversary of the Stationing of the Chinese People's Liberation Army in Hong Kong."

2022 also marks the enactment of Hong Kong's National Security Law and improvements in the electoral system that will facilitate the implementation of "One Country, Two Systems." Safeguarding national sovereignty, security and development interests are important cornerstones for maintaining Hong Kong's prosperity and stability.

According to Hongkong Post, the two special stamp sets aim to spotlight Hong Kong's prosperity and development.
