Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says peace talks with Russia will continue, but the format is unknown. Top Ukrainian negotiators have ruled out a ceasefire or any deal to cede territory to Russia. Moscow's lead negotiator said "freezing the talks is entirely Ukraine's initiative."
